A scene 15 years ago….

A mother wants to buy a birthday gift for her daughter which is after 12 days. She has some idea of what and where to get it.

She plans to go to the place, braving the rain and traffic, to find that the product of her choice is sold out, but assured that she can get it within 15 days. She moves to another shop where she could get it. After visiting a few more she settles for some other gift.

The same scene today….

A mother wants to buy a birthday gift for her daughter which is after 12 days. She has some idea of what and where to get it.

When she gets some free time she sits in front of the computer, searches websites for the gift of her choice, finding many options for the gift and selects one, orders online and completes her job. The gift arrives at her door step within a few days.

Internet has made a world of difference in shopping.

In a business view, it is only normal to make use of the current situation by using your own website. A study shows digital marketing has increased the flow of business by more than 100%. Web development has evolved manifold since its beginning. Information of the product or service can be provided on the site. Your business website can be made and updated periodically, to retain customer interest and improve web traffic to your site. A dialogue box can help the customers contact you with queries.

Your business is open 24/7 if you want. Your website reaches customers far beyond your possible geographical customer region, for almost a throw away price, compared to the business turn out. It is both a wide advertisement and a business window.

With the Internet at hand, advertisement panels and a shop are just rudimentary. Move with the wave and be a success.
